INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup brown rice flakes (or sub rolled oats if not gluten free)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana, chopped 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 1 serve (30g) Triple Choc Fudge Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder 
Toppings of choice - I like fresh fruit, coyo, peanut butter & cacao nibs 
METHOD
  1. Add the rice flakes, chia, banana, almond milk & vanilla to a small saucepan and heat over low-medium heat. 
  2. Stir regularly and bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling turn down to a simmer until the porridge reaches the consistency you desire (rice flakes should be softened and porridge thickened).
  4. Take off the heat and stir in protein, cacao and add a dash more almond milk to help combine. 
  5. Serve with your toppings & enjoy! xx
